说明文件:

在得到一个CMDSHELL而又因为防火墙等原因无法上传文件时,可以使用本脚本.
直接在本地将一个EXE文件转换为一个BAT文件然后用记事本打开BAT文件,然后复制全部-gt;CMDSHELL粘贴一下就可以在CMDSHELL下得到我们上传的EXE文件了.
脚本用法为:cscript cdown.vbs XXX.exe
在同目录下生成一个BAT文件.按上面的做法
